Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for puja bookings with North Indian Tulsi Puja, owned by Rajesh Kumar Pandey.

Cancellation

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a puja. Rescheduling depends on pandit availability and the requested muhurat.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the booking status, preparation work, travel arrangement and samagri purchase already completed. Any eligible refund is discussed directly with the customer.

Samagri and Travel Costs

Costs already incurred for puja materials or travel may not be refundable once arrangements have started.
